How do I know which PoochNest™ bed is right for my dog?

How do I choose the correct size?
We recommend measuring your dog while they are in their usual sleeping position (curled up or stretched out) and adding 6-10 inches for comfort. You can find a detailed size guide on every product page to help you make the perfect choice. When in doubt, we always recommend sizing up
Are your materials safe for my pet?
Absolutely. Canine wellness is our priority. We use only honest, high-quality materials, including premium vegan faux fur and supportive filling that are safe and comfortable for long-term use
Are PoochNest™ beds machine washable?
Yes, we engineered them for real life. Accidents happen, and dogs get messy. Most of our products feature removable covers that can be tossed straight into the washing machine. Please check the specific care label on your product, but generally, we recommend a gentle, cold cycle to keep the faux fur plush and soft.
Will the fluffy texture matte after washing?
Our premium fibers are designed to retain their incredible fluffiness wash after wash. To maintain the best texture, we recommend air drying or tumble drying on very low heat. Avoid high heat to protect the fibers
Do you offer free shipping?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location. For customers in the USA, shipping typically takes 3–9 business days. For the UK & Europe, it's usually 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What if my dog doesn't like it? What is your return policy?
We want you and your dog to be completely happy. We offer a 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided it is in original condition.
